📅 Save the date for our Annual General Meeting on April 4th, 2024, at 6:00pm in the Clubhouse. 🏡✨
According to Clause 16.2 of the Constitution, we hereby announce the meeting.
Per Clause 16.4, important documentation will be dispatched by 28 March, including:
- Agenda 📝
- Committee report on Club affairs 📄
- Annual Financial Statements 📊
- Notice of proposed resolutions 📑
Clause 16.3 states that any member wishing to propose a resolution or specific matter must provide written notice to the General Manager by 21 March.
Furthermore, in accordance with Clause 24.3, proposed alterations, amendments, or additions will be available for member inspection seven days prior to the AGM. 🧐📜
MONTHLY MEDAL

Our Monthly Medal takes place the THIRD SATURDAY of every month. There is a morning and afternoon competition and overall winner for the day wins the mug!
